Sphelite ACD-100 is a polystyrene divinyl benzene polymer featuring CH2N(CH2COOH)2 functional groups. These groups, containing N and O lone pair electrons, can form complexes with cations like Cu²⁺, Pb²⁺, Fe²⁺, Cd²⁺, Ni²⁺, and Zn²⁺. In comparison to traditional cation exchange resins, ACD-100 demonstrates superior exchange capacity and rate, and has thus become a widely adopted and established application.
