Product Description
ASD-003 is a macroporous weak base anion exchange resin with a polystyrene backbone, specifically formulated to remove iron ions from high concentration hydrochloric acid, and is widely known as a “special resin for hydrochloric acid iron removal.” In steel pickling lines the resin pulls dissolved iron out of the spent acid so the acid can be regenerated and returned to the pickling bath, cutting fresh acid consumption and spent acid disposal.
