Product Description
ASD-002 is a high capacity strong basic anion exchange resin with a large pore styrene-based matrix and 99.8% purity. Supplied in chloride form, it delivers total exchange capacity of at least 2.6 mmol/g and reliable anion removal for high-purity water production in power and industrial steam plants.
Nitrate and nitrite entering boiler systems can promote corrosion of carbon steel and stress-sensitive components, threatening unit reliability. ASD-002 removes nitrate and nitrite from make-up water and condensate polishing streams, protecting boilers, turbines and heat exchangers. Its macroporous structure tolerates organic carryover and regeneration upsets, while sodium chloride regeneration keeps chemical consumption predictable and manageable.
